Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • It must be returned in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that are used, damaged, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, such as opened or used perfumes.

Refunds

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check with your bank or payment provider first, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges

We currently only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
